Winter Reminders
Please be sure to clean up the leaves from your roof, gutters and yard. It is also important to keep the storm drains in the street clear of leaves and other debris.
Any last-minute roofing projects must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to installation. Some materials are not allowed in the community. Roof replacements are expensive, so please be sure to get everything approved prior to having work done.
Check front sidewalks for any trip hazards.
Winterizing your irrigation system and outdoor pipes is a good idea to avoid damage from freezing pipes.
