Summer Reminders
As the weather is improving, please have a look around your home and yard for any summer maintenance items such as moss removal from roofs, siding, curbs and walkways. Fencing may be in need of re-staining after the winter months. If you plan to paint your home or make any exterior modifications including backyard modifications that are visible to adjacent lots or could alter drainage patterns or otherwise impact your neighbors, please submit an Architectural Applications to request approval prior to commencing the work. Expensive projects such as roofing and painting are particularly important to be sure that the proposed work, materials and color palettes are approved prior to beginning the work. Please remember that no synthetic turf or plant materials are allowed in the landscaping areas. You can download an Architectural application on the “Documents” tab on this website.
