Annual Meeting

The Annual meeting is scheduled for January 14, 2014. (Download a copy of the notice and proxy here.) Please be sure to fill out and return your proxy even if you plan to attend the meeting. The annual meeting requires a 25% quorum and the quorum can reduce 20% or 52 owner (per ORS 94.655). We need your proxy to help us achieve that goal.

Once quorum is met, there will be a drawing from all completed Proxy forms returned to Management (one per Lot) for a spa package for 2 at Rumi Simone in Lake Oswego, valued at $300.
