The Annual Meeting of Barrington Heights Association of Homeowners will be held on:
Date: Tuesday, January 8, 2013
Time: Sign-in at 6:45 pm – Call to order at 7:00 pm
Place: West Linn Adult Community Center
1180 Rosemont Road
West Linn, OR 97068
Purpose: To transact association business.
You should have received this notice in the mail mid-December. A proxy was enclosed. Please return it in the enclosed stamped envelope as soon as possible even if you plan on attending. A quorum of at least 25% of the homeowners must be represented in person or by proxy. You may reclaim your proxy and vote in the usual manner if you attend in person.
Let’s see a good show of homeowners. This is the time to be heard. Were you happy with the decisions the Board of Directors made? Were there issues that needed more attention? Do you want to run for a Board position or volunteer on one of the committees? Maybe you’d like to join the book club or Bunco? If so, please attend.
