Summer Reminders

As Summer had arrived, please take some time to address any of the following maintenance items at your home:

• Painting of the exterior of the house – if you are making any color change, please be sure to submit an Architectural Application prior to performing the painting.
• Roof replacements always require prior approval by submitting an Architectural Application for consideration prior to having the work done.  Some materials are not allowed in the community.  Roof replacements are expensive, so please be sure to get everything approved prior to having any work done.
• Check your front sidewalks for any trip hazards.
• Moss removal from roofs.
• Landscaping upkeep/renovation.
• Synthetic turf is NOT allowed.
