Design Guideline Revision

CertainTeed Grand Manor luxury shingles have now been approved by the Board. The color palette you may choose from are Black Pearl, Brownstone, Stonegate Gray and Weathered Wood. I f you toured the 2012 Street of Dreams just up the road, the Rivendell Manor home had this product installed with positive remarks.

CertainTeed also manufactures Presidential TL which is the other approved composite shingle product for our CC&Rs.

 

On Going Neighborhood  Improvements

  1. Wellington Drive Brick Planters… Cracks have been repaired. New trees will be planted soon.
  2. Wrought Iron Maintenance…All iron fencing is scheduled to be painted this month.

 

Boats, RVs and Automobiles (parking)

Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, motor homes, campers, motorcycles, trucks over ¾ ton rated carrying capacity, or like equipment shall be allowed so long as they are kept in the side yard (i.e. alongside the garage), behind an ARC approved screen which meets fence requirements, and behind the front elevation of said residence. Such vehicles may be kept if wholly confined in an enclosed portion of the building. Guests may park for a maximum of twelve (12) hours on the public street. No vehicles in disrepair are to be visible from the streets.

No vehicles shall be parked in driveways, or in public streets, for the purpose of repairs, maintenance or convenience of ingress and egress for a period not to exceed five (5) days in any one twenty (20) day period. No vehicle shall extend over the public sidewalk or driveway apron. Residents and their guests shall make all reasonable efforts to avoid parking on the public streets. Vehicles and equipment owned by others, who are guests of the occupants, shall be allowed to park on the driveway for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) days in any one thirty (30) day period. No “For Sale” signs will be displayed in vehicles within the Barrington Heights community.

West Linn Farmers Market – Last chance!! Support your local farmers and merchants. Wednesday September 5th and 12th. These are the last Wednesdays. See you next year…

West Linn 13th Annual Arts Festival – September 8th and 9th, Willamette Park. This is a good one… A juried exhibition and sale of fine arts & crafts. Over 100 art booths, this festival also offers quality food and beverage vendors, stage performances and a special event to benefit a local charity. This show is as good as L.O.!!!!!!!!!
