January 2016Annual Meeting
The Annual meeting is scheduled for January 12, 2016. (Download the notice and proxy here.) Please be sure to fill out and return your proxy even if you plan to attend the meeting. The annual meeting requires a 25% quorum and the quorum can reduce 20% or 52 owner (per ORS 94.655). We need your proxy to help us achieve that goal.
We encourage all homeowners to attend this very important meeting in which Directors Office Positions will be voted on.
Once quorum is met, there will be a drawing from all completed Proxy forms returned to Management (one per Lot) for a spa package at GiGi Salon & Spa ($300 value).

The Barrington Heights Association of Homeowners, of which you are a member, currently is recruiting Committee Volunteers. If you are interested in working side by side with your neighbors and your Board for the betterment of your Homeowner’s Association then we’d like to hear from you.
