The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13th at 7:00 PM
at the West Linn Community Center (1180 Rosemont Road, West Linn).
All homeowners are encouraged to attend. |

Please note that street lights are now being maintained by the City
of West Linn. If you notice a street light outage, contact Sam
Foxworthy at the City at 503-742-8616 to report it. |

Our community is managed by
They oversee the daily operations of
the association, making sure that the common areas are maintained,
assessments are collected, and residents' concerns are addressed.

Board meetings are held at 7 PM on
the second Wednesday of even-numbered months at
the
West Linn Community Center, 1180 Rosemont Road.
The meeting dates for 2008 are:
February 6th, April 9th,
June 11th, August 13th,
October 8th, and
December 10th
Homeowner input is appreciated and
encouraged. The Board of Directors serves on behalf of and in the
best interest of all homeowners. Please feel free to attend the
Board meetings. Introduce yourself if you’re a new homeowner, learn
about things going on in your community, and get involved! Please
attend and show your support! |
